General
1- Tala3, in its sole discretion, may modify or review these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. All recent modifications or revisions done by Tala3 replace all former agreements and take effect upon the date of posting.
2- Continued use of the service following recent amendments signifies your assent to the revised Terms of Service. You further agree to apprise yourself of recent changes on the Terms of Service through periodic reviews of Tala3.

Payment and Transactions
Tala3 may offer various packages for social media promotion services. Users are responsible for the payment of fees associated with selected packages. Transactions are secure, and payment information is handled in accordance with applicable laws.
Funding Methods
Users can add funds to their Tala3 balance using two methods:
- CIB / EDHAHABIA
- Debit / Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
Minimum Deposit
The minimum amount a user can add to their balance is 500 DZD (Algerian Dinar).
User Confirmation Process
Before making a payment, users go through multiple confirmation steps to ensure the accuracy of their transaction. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during these steps.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the transactions initiated from their account. Tala3 employs multiple confirmation steps to mitigate errors, and users are urged to carefully review and confirm each transaction before finalizing the payment.
No payment fees
Tala3 does not impose any additional fees for payments made through the funding methods mentioned above. The user pays the exact amount they intend to add to their balance.
Secure Transactions
All transactions conducted on the Tala3 platform are secure, and payment information is handled in compliance with relevant laws and security standards.
Balance Usage
Once the user has successfully added funds to their Tala3 balance, they can utilize these funds to pay for social marketing services and other purchases available on the platform.
Transparent Billing
Users can access a transparent breakdown of their transactions, including the services availed and the corresponding charges. This information is readily available within the user's account for review.
Currency Conversion
For international transactions or payments in a different currency, Tala3 may provide currency conversion services. Users should be aware of any applicable exchange rates and associated charges.
Refunds
Automatic Refund Policy
In the event that an order is not processed correctly or encounters any issues, Tala3 has an automatic refund policy in place.
Prompt Refund Processing
Tala3 is committed to promptly processing refunds for any transactions that meet the criteria for automatic reimbursement.
Conditions for Refunds

Users have the option to choose service types such as bots, mixed, or real users, each with varying prices. Users are expected to be aware of the specific services they wish to purchase.
Order Placement Requirements
To make a purchase, users need to input a link and specify the quantity within the predefined minimum and maximum limits for each service. Transactions are completed if the user's balance is sufficient.
Error Correction Policy
If a user provides an incorrect link unrelated to the specified social media platform, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued. However, if the user makes a mistake with the account (e.g., wrong username), it is their responsibility.
Account Usage Responsibility
Users can utilize Tala3 services on any public account, and Tala3 holds no responsibility for the choice of accounts on which the services are applied.

Order States

Order Completion Guarantee
Tala3 ensures that orders will be successfully delivered once they enter the "completed" state, meeting the specified service requirements.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Tala3 is not liable for any unauthorized access or breach resulting from the user's failure to secure their account.

User accounts on Tala3 are accessible through an email and password combination. It is crucial for users to maintain the confidentiality of these access credentials.
Limited Session Duration
Each user session is limited in time to enhance security. This measure helps prevent unauthorized access in case a user forgets to log out.
Password Recovery Process
In the event of a forgotten password, users can initiate the recovery process by entering their registered email. A 6-digit code will be sent to the user's email for password reset. Tala3 is not responsible for any account theft; users are urged to protect their passwords.

During the registration process, users must confirm their email address. If the confirmation email is not received, users are advised to check their spam folder. Email confirmation is a mandatory step for account activation.
